Disqualification of Member of the Board. No person shall be a Member of the Board who- (a) is, or at any time has been. adjudged insolvent; or (b) is, or has been convicted of an offence which in the opinion of the Government involves moral turpitude; or (c) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by the competent court: or (d) is a Director or a Secretary. Manager or other salaried officer or employee of any company or tirm having any contract with the Board or a Market Committee; or (e) is, or at any time been, found guilty under Section(s) 123 and/or 135 of this Act, or (.1) has so abused, in the opinion of the Government. his position as a Member, as to render his continuance on the Board detrimental to the interest of the general public.
