Resignation of Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Members. The Chairperson, Vice —Chairperson and a Member of the Board may resign from respective post by tendering resignation to the Government and the seat of such incumbent shall become vacant on the date of acceptance of his resignation: Provided that Vice-Chairperson and a Member of the Board may resign from respective post by tendering his resignation to the Government under intimation to the Chairperson of the Board.
