Amendment of section 35- (1) In sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Principal Act, after the words ‘he shall’ the following words, namely - ‘on conviction’ shall be deleted and for the word ‘conviction’ appearing after the words ‘after the first’, the word ‘default’ shall be substituted. (2) In sub-section (2) of section 35 of the Principal Act, after the words ‘he shall.’ the following words, namely - ‘on conviction’ shall be deleted.
