In the principal Act, in section 4, for the eords “sumptuary allowance of one thou- sand two hundred fifty rupees per mensem, family alowance of three hundred rupees per mensem and entertainment allowance of seven hundred rupees per mensem” the words, “sumptuary allowance of two thousand seven hundred fifty rupees per mensem, family, allownace of two thousand rupees per mensem and entertainment allowance of one thou- sand rupees per mensem shall be substituted.
