Prosecution for offences under other laws.- Subject to the provisions contained in Section 300 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No 2 of 1974), nothing in this Act shall be construed as preventing any person from being prosecuted and punished under any other law for anything made punishable by this Act. - 35 - Ex-20/2012
