Amendment of : Section 63 of the Principal Act shall be substituted by the following, namely :- Section 63 “63. Municipal Service Selection Board The State Government may appoint a Selection Board consisting of a Chairman, a Secretary and other members for recruitment to the posts, other than those belonging to the Common Municipal Cadre.”
