Chief Controlling Authority The State Government shall be the Chief Controlling Authority in all matters relating to land allotment and land revenue administration under this Act. Provided that under the overall supervision of the Chief Controlling Authority, the Director of Land Revenue and Settlement shall function as the Controller of Land Records for the purposes of this Act.
