Power to remove difficulties If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the state Government may, as occasion may require, by notification in the official Gazette, take any action not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, which appears necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
