Costs Subject to the provisions of this Act, the cost of and incidence to proceedings before any Revenue Officer or the Tribunal shall be at his/its discretion and he/it shall have full powers to determine by whom or for what property and to what extent such costs are to be paid and to give all necessary direction for the purposes aforesaid. - 30 - Ex-218/2013
