Members and employees of the Mizoram ground Water Authority to be Public Servants.- All members and employees of the Ground Water Authority shall when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Ordinance or of any rules made there under be deemed to be Public Servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Act No. 45 of 1860).
