Staff of the Mizoram Ground Water Authority.- (1) The State Government may for the purpose of enabling the Ground Water Authority to perform its functions efficiently and exercise its powers under the Ordinance, appoint such number of technical officer and other relevant staff as it may consider necessary to implement the purpose of ground water development in the State. (2) The functions as well as the terms and conditions of service of such employees shall be such as may be prescribed. - 5 - Ex-341/2023
