Provision of punishment as to taxation, etc Any person who, (1) contravenes the provisions of animal taxation under Chapter IV, or (2) keeps animals in any premises in contravention of the provisions of this Act, shall be punished with a fine which may extend to two hundred rupees and for every subsequent offence with a fine of three hundred rupees in each case of such subsequent offence.
