Penalty for forcibly opposing the seizure of animals or rescuing the same Whoever forcibly opposes the seizure of animals liable to be seized under this Act, and who forcibly attempts to or rescues the same after seizure either from the place or any person taking or about to take the animals to the Village Council shall be punished with a fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.
