(1) Every society shall- (a) Prominently display its name outside its registered office and any place where its business is normally carried on; (b) have a seal with its name engraved thereon; and (c) have its name mentioned in all documents executed in its favour or on its behalf. (2) For any contravention of the provisions sub-section (1) every officer in default shall be punishable with fine which may extend to Rupees twenty.
