(1) The Board shall ordinarily meet once in two months: Provided that the Chairperson shall within fifteen days of the receipt of a requisition in writing from not less than one ,third of the members of the Board, call a meeting there of. (2) Notice intimating the date, time and venue of every meeting together with a list of business to be transacted at the meeting shall be sent by registered post or by special messenger to each member fifteen days before the meeting: Provided that when the Chairperson calls a meeting for considering any matter which in his operation is urgent, notice of not less than three days shall be deemed sufficient.
