(:) Every Authority shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records. (2) The acc,1unts of t'ie Authority shall be subject to annual audit by the Acc0untant General of Manipur and any expenditure incurred by him in connection with such audit shall be payable by the Authority tc, the .
