Every Authority shall, every year prepa?e, in such form aod at such time as may be prescriber!, a budget in respect of the. financial year ne ct ensuing, showing the estimated receipts and expendi- ture of Authority and shall forward to the State GoYernment and the Board such number of copies thereof as may be prescribed.
