(l) For the benefit of its officers, teachers, clerical staff and other employees, the University shall constitute, in such! · manner and subject to such conditions as may be .preseribed in the, Statutes, such pension,' gratuity, 1 insurance, ancf. provident fund as ?tmay deem fit. ; University . Fund. Teachers and Officers of the University. I Proceedings of University authorities and bodies - qot to be invali?ed by reason of any vacancr. 27 (iii) trusts, bequests, donations, endowments .and other grants, if any; -{:- (iv) such other moneys as may be prescribed by the . Statutes. (3) The matters to which the University fund. may be applied and appropriated shall be those prescribed. by this Act or the Statutes. (4) All expenses incurred under and in pursuance of any provision contain? in this Act · shall be met out of the University fund. (5) The University · shall have power to borrow, on the security of the University properties and with the concurrence of the State Government, money for the purpose of the University.
