The Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Members, Officers and Staff of .the Council shall be deemed, wheri acting or purportingto act in pursuance of any of the provisionsof this Act or any rule or regulation or order or direction made or issued under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section-21 of the Indian Penal Code.
