Salary and Allowances of the Government Chief Whip.—— The Govern- ment Chief Whip shall be paid such salary, conveyance allowances, entertainment allowance, travelling and daily allowenoes and shall also be entitled to such other amenities as are provided for a Minister under the Salaries and Allowances of Min‘iisters (Manipur) Act, 1972 (Manipur Act No. 3 of 1972) and rules made thereun er. ’ EXPLANATION:—For the purposes of this section, “a Minister” means a member of the Cabinet in the Council of Ministers.
