Power ofGovernment to dissolve and reconstitute the State Council,- If at any time it appears to the Government that the State Council has failed to exercise or exceeded or abused any ofits powers conferred upon it under this Act. or failed to perform the duties conferred upon it by or under this Act. the State Government may dissolve the State Council and in case ofdissolution 01‘ the State Council, cause all or any 01‘ ot‘the powers duties and functions of‘ the State Council to be exercised, performed and discharged by an Administrator who is qualified as senior Nursing Officer till a new State Council is constituted.
