Exemption 01' registered medical practitioners from the provisions 01‘ this Act. — Nothing in this Act shall apply to a registered medical practitioner. EXPLANATION: In this section , a registtéred medical practitioner means a person practicing medicine and registered as such under any law relating to the registration 01" persons practicing medicine.
