(1) The President may at any time, by writing under his band addressed !o the State Government, resign bis office. (2) The Vice-President may at any time, by writing under hi; hand addressed to the President, resign bi, office without, however, giving up his membership of the Board. (3) A member, other than the ex-officio member, may at any time, by writing under his hand addressed to the President, resign his office. (4) The letter of resignation under sub-section (2) or sub-section (3) shall, as soon as- it is received, be transmitted by the President to the State Government.
