(1) Whenever any sum is to be paid by any person under this Act and the sum has not been paid within the time prescribed far attch payment, it shall be recoverable as arrear/arrears of land revenue with interest not exceeding twelve percent per annum as may be prescribed. , (2)_ When any sum is recovered as above under sub—section (1) nl’ Seetmn 27 and sub—section (1) of section 28, it shall be paid it) the person who is entitled to receive the same.
