(꯱) ꯁꯦꯛꯁꯟ꯳꯲꯱ꯑꯃꯁꯨꯡꯁꯦꯛꯁꯟ꯳꯲꯲ꯑꯃꯁꯨꯡꯁꯦꯛꯁꯟ꯳꯲꯳ꯒꯤꯄ ꯭ ꯔꯣꯚꯤꯖꯟꯁꯤꯡꯑꯁꯤꯀꯝꯃꯤꯁꯟꯑꯃ ꯄꯥꯡꯊꯣꯛꯄꯒ ꯃꯔꯤ ꯂꯩꯅꯕ ꯑꯃꯁꯨꯡ ꯃꯁꯤꯒꯤ ꯔꯤꯇꯔꯟ ꯑꯁꯤ ꯁꯦꯛꯁꯟ ꯳꯱꯹ꯒꯤ ꯃꯈꯥꯗ ꯄꯤꯔꯤꯕ ꯀꯝꯃꯤꯁꯟꯁꯤꯡꯗ ꯆꯠꯅꯍꯟꯕꯒꯨꯝꯅꯃꯁꯤꯗꯃꯈꯥꯇꯥꯅꯄꯟꯈ꯭ꯔꯤꯕꯀꯣꯔꯠ, ꯖꯖꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒꯃꯦꯖꯤꯁꯇ꯭ꯔꯦꯠꯑꯃꯍꯦꯛꯇꯅꯄꯤꯔꯤꯕꯀꯝꯃꯤꯁꯟꯁꯤꯡꯒꯤ ꯃꯇꯥꯡꯗꯆꯠꯅꯒꯅꯤ꯫ ꯀꯝꯃꯤꯁꯟꯀꯗꯥꯏꯗ ꯄꯤꯒꯅꯤ꯫ ꯀꯝꯃꯤꯁꯟꯁꯤꯡ ꯄꯥꯡꯊꯣꯛꯄ꯫ ꯈꯨꯠꯄꯨꯁꯤꯡꯅ ꯁꯥꯈꯤꯁꯤꯡꯌꯦꯡꯁꯤꯟꯕ ꯌꯥꯏ꯫ ꯀꯝꯃꯤꯁꯟꯍꯟꯗꯣꯛꯄ ꯫ ꯊꯕꯛꯆꯠꯊꯕ ꯂꯦꯞꯊꯣꯛꯍꯟꯕ꯫ ꯐꯣꯔꯦꯟ ꯀꯝꯃꯤꯁꯟꯁꯤꯡ ꯆꯠꯅꯍꯟꯕ꯫ 98 (2) The Courts, Judges and Magistrates referred to in sub-section (1) are— (a) any such Court, Judge or Magistrate exercising jurisdiction within an area in India to which this Sanhita does not extend, as the Central Government may, by notification, specify in this behalf; (b) any Court, Judge or Magistrate exercising jurisdiction in any such country or place outside India, as the Central Government may, by notification, specify in this behalf, and having authority, under the law in force in that country or place, to issue commissions for the examination of witnesses in relation to criminal matters.
