Consequence of absence of Chairman or Deputy Chairman without leave.— Subject to rules made by the State Government in this behalf, a Chairman or Deputy Chairman who absents himself from duty for a period exceeding thirty days in the aggregate in a year without leave shall cease to be the Chairman or the Deputy Chairman, as the case may be.
