The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely :- ( a ) the Governing Council ; (b) the Academic Council ; ( c ) the Board of Studies; ( d ) the Board of Assessment and Evaluation; ( e ) the Board of Innovation, Incubation and Enterprise; ( f ) the Board of Counselling and Placements; ( g ) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
