1 [46A. 2 [Tourist's permit.].- ( 1 ) The State Government may, by rules or an order in writing, authorise an officer to grant 4[a tourists permit] to consume, to use and buy foreign liquor to a person who is a tourist. ( 2 ) A tourists permit may be granted for the period of the tourists intended stay in the 3 [State], but shall in no case be granted for a period exceeding one month.
