The following shall be the officers of the university, namely:- ( a ) the President, who shall also be the Chancellor; (b) the Vice-Chancellor; ( c ) Deans of Faculties; ( d ) the Registrar; ( e ) the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer; ( f ) the Controller of Examinations; and ( g ) such other persons in the service of the university as may be prescribed by the Statutes to be the officers of the university.
