The following shall be the officers of the university, namely :- ( i ) the Vice-Chancellor ; ( ii ) the Registrar ; 1 [( iii ) the Head of the Departments or Centers of the university ;] ( iv ) the Finance and Accounts Officer; and ( v ) such other officers as may be prescribed by the regulations.
