Creation of temporary post.— The General Manager may create temporary posts carrying a monthly salary exclusive of allowances not exceeding 10[ten thousand rupees] per mensem for a period of not more than six months and no such posts shall be continued beyond such period without the previous sanction of the 11[Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport Committee]. (2) The 12[Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport Committee] may create temporary posts carrying a monthly salary exclusive of allowances exceeding 13[ten thousand rupees] per mensem for a period of not more than six months.
