Regulations may be prescribed for guidance of licensed surveyors and plumbers.— 1[The Corporation may,] from time to time prescribe regulations for the guidance of licensed surveyors and plumbers, respectively and a copy of all regulations so prescribed at the time in force shall be written on the back of every licence granted to surveyor or plumber respectively.
