( 1 ) Save as provided in the last preceding section, no decision, conviction, acquittal, sentence or order by or of a Labour Court shall be called in question in any Civil or Criminal Court. ( 2 ) No decision given or order passed by the Industrial Court shall be called in question in any Civil or Criminal Court.
