Subject to the supervision of the Authority, the Executive Committee shall exercise the following powers and perform the following functions, namely:- (a) to finalize the terms and conditions of the tender and approve the tenders to appoint Mine Developer-cum-Operator (MDO) for the operationalization of the mineral blocks reserved for the Corporation; (b) any other powers and functions as may be assigned to it by the Authority.
