The provisions of this Part shall apply to the manufacture of drugs for sale notwithstanding that such drugs are manufactured for sale outside India. 7[6[84-A. Provision for appeal to the State Government or Central Government by party whose licence has not been granted or renewed.− Any person who is aggrieved by the order passed by the Licensing Authority or the Central Licence Approving Authority, as the case may be, refusing to 2[grant or renew a licence under this Part], may within thirty days from the date of receipt of such order, appeal to the State Government or Central Government, as the case may be, and the State Government or the Central Government may, after such enquiry into the matter,] as is considered necessary and after giving the said person an opportunity for representing his views, may pass such order in relation thereto as it thinks fit.]
