(1) The State Government shall appoint Licensing Authorities for the purpose of this Part for such areas as may be specified. (2) Application for the grant or renewal of a licence 2[to sell, stock or exhibit or offer for sale or distribute] Homoeopathic medicines shall be made in Form 19-B to the Licensing Authority and shall be accompanied by a 3[fee of rupees two hundred and fifty]: 4[Provided that if the applicant applies for renewal of licence after its expiry but within six months of such expiry the fee payable for renewal of such licence shall be 3[rupees two hundred and fifty plus an additional fee at the rate of rupees fifty or part thereof]. 5[(3) If the original licence is either defaced, damaged or lost, a duplicate copy thereof may be issued on payment of a 3[fee of rupees fifty].]
