New College or faculty to be constituted as 1 [constituent college, affiliated college] or Faculty.- On and from the appointed day, no new college or Faculty imparting education in Veterinary Sciences, Dairy Technology and Fishery Sciences and Allied Sciences shall be established, except as a 2 [constituent college, affiliated college] or Faculty of the University.
