The Appointment of other employees of the Vishwavidyalaya not covered by Section 17 shall be made in such manner and the conditions of their service shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations. CHAPTER-IV AUTHORITIES OF THE V1SHWAVIDYALAYA, NAMELY
