Leases of market fee, etc.-The- Panchayat may by public auction in the prescribed manner, lease the collection of any fee specified in Schedule III. Rules:- The State Government has made the followingrules in exercise 'of the powers conferred by this section. These Rules shall be found.under Rules given separately. "Gram Panchayat and Janapad Panchayat (Lease of Collection of Fees) Rules, 1995"
