Appeal against taxation.-An appeal against any tax, imposed under Section 77 may be preferred to the preSCribed authOrity in such manner and within such time as may be prescribed and the decision of such authOrity shall be final. Rules:- The State Government has made the followingrules in exercise of the powers conferred by this section. These Rules shall be found under Rules given separately. "Manner and Limitation of Appeals against Taxation Rules, 1995."
