Bathing places.-- (1) The Council may set apart sufficient public places, not being private property for the purpose of being used as bathing places, and may also provide or set apart a sufficient number of tanks or runs of water for the inhabitants to bath in, and may also set apart tanks or reservoirs or runs of water for washing animals or clothes, and for all purposes connected with the health, cleanliness and comfort of the inhabitants and may prohibit the use of any purpose mentioned in this section of any or all other public places within the Municipality. (2) Copies of all orders passed and notice issued by the Council and for the time being in force under this section shall be kept at the Municipal office and shall be open to inspection by the public at all reasonable times.
