Recovery of certain dues by distress and sale.- In any case not expressly provided for in this Act or in any rule or byelaw made there under, any sum due to the Corporation on account of any charge, costs, expenses, fees, rates or rent or on any other account under this Act or under any such rule or byelaw, shall be recoverable by distress and sale of the movable property of the person from whom such sum is due, in the manner provided by Chapter XII. 390-A.
