Saving of right to claim damages for injury.- Nothing in this Act shall affect the right of any person who may suffer injury or whose property may be injuriously affected by reason of any done in exercise of any power conferred by sections 190, 191, 192, 193, 211, 213, 214 and 285 to recover damages. Recovery of certain dues
