Compensation to owner for value of immovable property deteriorated.- (1) In any case in which immovable property has deteriorated in value owing to the exercise of any powers conferred by sections 190,191, 192, 193, 211, 213, 214 and 285, Corporation may offer to the owner of the property reasonable compensation. (2) If the owner of the property which has deteriorated in value accepts the compensation, he shall be deemed to have granted to the Corporation a perpetual rights to continue the exercise of its powers under any of the said sections in such manner as not to create greater nuisance or to cause greater damage than was being created, or caused at the time when compensation was received.
