Protection of action taken in good faith. — Save as otherwise provided by this Act, no suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, Chairman, member, officer or servant of the Tribunal for anything done in good faith or omitted to be done in good faith or for any loss or damage caused or likely to be caused by anything done or intended to be done as aforesaid in pursuance of this Act.
