Chairman, members etc. to the public servants.— The Chairman, every member, officer and servant appointed under this Act or by virtue to powers conferred by or under this Act shall be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (No. 45 of 1860).
