(1) There shall be constituted a fund to be called Mandir-Kosh which Mandir Ko5 shall be vested in and be administered by the Committee and shall consist of, - the income derived from the movable and immovable properties of the Mandir. any offering, gift, donation or contribution ; and all moneys received under this Act. • (2) The Kosh may be utilized for carrying out all or any of the functions•and ' duties of the COmmittee enumerated in section 11; Provided that the Kosh shall not be utilized for • promotion of any. religious, educational, cultural or charitable activity not connected with the Mandir save with prior approval of the Commissioner.
