The Executive Engineer shall not ordinarily sanction the application If: - (i) He anticipates that the supply of water for the irrigation of rice under agreement will be adversely affected there by, or (ii) In his opinion the applicants have not made suitable arrangements to deliver the water from the point at which it is supplied into the tank, or (iii) he has good reason to anticipate that the water will be used for the Irrigation of a crop. Which is not under agreement.
