Powers of supervision of Commissioner of Labour-The Deputy Commissioner of Labour, the Assistant Commissioner of labour, the Chief conciliator, the Conciliator, the Registrar, the Assistant Registrar, the Labour Officer and the Deputy Labour Officer shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder the general guidance and supervision of the Commissioner of Labour.
