Appointment of Registrar and Assistant Registrar-(1) The State Government may, by notification, appoint the Commissioner of Labour or any other person to be the Registrar of Representative Unions under this Act. (2) The State Government may, by notification, appoint an Assistant Commissioner of Labour or any other person to be an Assistant Registrar of Representative Unions for any such local area or area as may be specified therein and may, by general or special order confer and impose on any such person all or any of the powers and duties of the Registrar
